Multifocal Contact Lenses

There are two main types of multifocal contact lenses: concentric and aspheric. Concentric multifocal lenses have rings of different powers, like a bull’s – eye. The center of the lens might be for near vision, and the outer rings are for distance or intermediate vision. Aspheric multifocal lenses, on the other hand, have a more gradual change in power across the lens surface.
